Danielle Tekut, an undergraduate dance maker at Smith, asked me to her rehearsal today. Then I had a long chat with Ana Darrow, another undergraduate. Then I danced with my shoulder blades on fire in Chris Aiken's repertory rehearsal. Sometimes it hard to contain all of the beauty and all of the fragility at once.
